We’re a boutique business which takes pride in helping our clients. All our staff are from banking backgrounds, with extensive industry experience.

John Mouradian

Director

John was for many years a senior banker with wide experience in corporate, business and retail banking. He is now able to offer this wealth of finance experience to our clients. He is also a licensed property buyer, allowing him to assist clients with their property purchase.

MEGAN MOURADIAN

Director

Megan has over 20 years experience in banking and finance, both locally and overseas. She is a specialist in credit policy, allowing your loan to be processed quickly and efficiently. Megan will also ensure obtaining finance is as stress free as possible, by providing updates on the progress of your loan.

Michele King

Client Services Manager

Michele has been with Lighthouse for 10 years and is responsible for progressing clients loan applications from approval to settlement. She will liaise with both your legal representative and the lender to ensure on time settlement. Once the loan has settled, Michele will make sure it has been established correctly.

ALISON DOUTREBAND

CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER

Our go to person for client services post settlement. Alison has been with the firm for over 7 years and looks after our client’s annual reviews. Specifically she will ensure your loans remain appropriate for your needs and market competitive.
